Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of our clean beauty products and for hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges once a product has been opened or used.

However, if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please reach out to us within 7 days of delivery. We will gladly replace the item or offer a refund.

How to Request a Refund:

Email us at hello@doriellbeauty.com with the following:

  • Your order number

  • A clear photo of the damaged/incorrect item

  • A brief description of the issue

Our team will respond within 2 business days to resolve the issue.

Please Note:

  • Refunds are only issued to the original payment method.

  • We are not responsible for packages lost or stolen in transit. Please ensure your shipping details are accurate at checkout.

  • Sale items and gift cards are final sale and not eligible for refund.
