📅 Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). During peak launches or sales, please allow for a slight delay — we promise it’s worth the wait.

🚚 Shipping Time & Rates

• Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

• Express Shipping (if available): 1–3 business days

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected method.

📬 Order Tracking

Once your order is fulfilled, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to update.

We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier, weather conditions, or incorrect shipping information. Please double-check your address before placing your order.
